When you access your account
pages, you can view your call history, view and modify your
profile and purchase additional calling time. For your convenience
ezConnect offers flexible mechanism for recharging your account
any time you want with any amount you choose (between $5 and
$200).
Here
is how you can buy calling time:

4. Over the counter at Bill Express (Australia)
Credit Card on line instructions:
- Click here to Purchase Calling time. You must use a valid credit card or debit card
(with Visa/Mastercard
logo)
in order
to purchase calling time.
- Click on the 'Purchase
Calling Time' button.
- Fill in the purchase form and click
the 'Continue' button. ezConnect accepts credit and
debit cards bearing the logo of MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.
We are Verified by VISA and SecureCode by MasterCard merchants, this means that your
credit card will need to be registered with your bank for this service.
You may do this on line by visiting these links: Verified by VISA or
SecureCode by MasterCard.
- A confirmation page will prompt you
to review the information you have filled in the purchase form
and if you approve that transaction click on the 'Place Order' button.
This will initiate the actual placement of your purchase order. Which will be verified by your bank. If you elect to proceed and the bank approves your transaction,
you will receive an email confirming the purchase.
Credit Card payment by phone instructions:
- You must use a valid credit card or debit card
(with Visa/Mastercard
logo)
in order
to purchase calling time.
- After your account has been active for 6 months
and there has not been any problems with your transactions you may
make payments by phone. We will authorise access after 180 days given a good record.
- Ring +61 1300 76 77 42 (Australians should call 1300 76 77 42) and follow the prompts. You will need to have your ezConnect account number
ready when prompted.
- Payments by phone may take up to 72 hours to clear the banking system.
BPAY payments instructions:
- You must use a valid bank account
(with a bank that supports BPAY e.g. an Australian bank
)
in order
to purchase calling time.
- You may use BPAY to buy credit on ezConnect
- Logon to your banks BPAY webpages or call your telephone banking service
- ezConnect BPAY code is 54080 and your reference number is your account number - NOT YOUR PIN NUMBER.
- Payments by BPAY may take up to 72 hours to clear the banking system.
Over the counter payment instructions:
- You can make payments on your account
(
cash)
for the crediting
the purchase of calling time by visiting a Bill Express newsagent and paying over the counter.
- Find the closest Bill Express outlet close to you by clinking on the link in this line.
- Visit the outlet and give them the printed Barcode for your account (you can print the barcode from the payment page) to accept payment on behalf of your account.
- If you do not have a printed barcode, then advise them you want to 'manually' make a payment to Biller Code 000037, your reference number is your account number, not your pin number . Please keep a reciept of your transaction.
- Some payments by Bill Express may take up to 24 hours or longer to clear their systems.
