Using the phone-to-phone service involves 3 simple steps:

1. Register.

You must register in order to gain access to our services. After registering, you will be able to purchase calling time, check your account balance, view your call history, and make long distance phone calls using your personal PIN number. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing your PIN number. Please, keep this email for further reference. In addition, all personal information you provide to ezConnect is protected according to our privacy policy.

2. Purchase calling time.

We accept payments via credit card, BPAY, Wire transfer through Paypal, and cash over the counter in Australia. You can purchase additional calling time at any time. For more information on buying time please review the 'How to Buy' page.

3. Place calls:

Placing calls involves 3 easy Options:

1. Connect directly via your computer
2. Dial a local access number for your country
3. Register for ezConnect automatic recognition service (coming soon)

• Within Australia dial the access number 1300-30-36-37 (surcharge applies 29 cent flag fall and 2 cents per minute)
• Within US dial the access number coming soon
• In Brisbane dial the access number 07-3103-1505
• At the prompt, enter the PIN number you have received upon registration.
• After confirmation from the system operator, dial the number you wish to call followed by the (#) button . (country code + number + #)
  
• After you complete the call, you may dial the 'star' button twice (**) to start a new call
  
• To kill a call (hard disconnect) dial the 'pound' button twice (##)
