ezConnect provides simple services with premium quality delivery based on 3 simple formats:

1. VOIP from your Computer.

Register to our service to gain access to low international and premium number services. After registering, you will be able to purchase calling time, and make phone calls using your personal PIN number.

2. Call from any phone using our private numbers.

Make calls using any touchtone phone by dialling into one of our local access numbers. The access number shows up on your regular phone bill as a call to a local number or a toll free number in some cases. No worries about 'unwanted' numbers on your phone bill. For more information on using the system to your advantage please review the 'How to Use' page.

To have our system automatically recognise you when you call in and save time having to put in your pin number, register your number for ANI recognition in your profile on login. You must include any international and state prefix codes.

3. Get call back for your favourite telephone

Register a telephone or many to automatially recognise your phone when it comes time for you to make a call. Saves time from having to punch in the pin code. Away from home? You can have the system ring you to give you access when your ready to make call.

  • To set up ANI recognition (required for callback), simply log in, click on Profile, then enter your number into both the "Phone" and the "ANI/CallerID Authentication List" fields. You must include any international and state prefixes at the start of the numbers (eg. Australian numbers must begin with 61)
  • Within Australia dial the callback access number 02 8282 5640 (+61282825640)
  • After dialing, you will hear a busy tone. Hang up and wait for the system to call you back. This will normally take 15-20 seconds.
  • After confirmation from the system operator, dial the number you wish to call followed by the (#) button .
  • After you complete the call, you may dial the 'star' button twice (**) to start a new call

  • Download the latest version of SJPhone for your system from the SJLabs website
  • Run the Install File
  • When SJphone is installed and loaded, click on "menu", then "options" to bring up the options window
  • Click on Profiles, then "New" to create a new profile for ezconnect
  • Enter "Ezconnect" as the profile name, and select "Calls through SIP Proxy" as the Profile Type, then click "ok"
  • When the Profile Options window loads, selet the "Initialization" tab at the top, then make sure the 3 tick boxes next to "Account" are all checked
  • Select the "Sip Proxy" tab, and enter "sip.ezconnect.com.au" (or "203.206.139.210") as the "Domain/Realm" value, then click "Ok"
  • When prompted for your "Account" information, enter your pin number (as seen on your profile page) followed by a #. For example, if your pin is 123456789, your Account details will be 123456789#. Then click ok.
  • SJphone is now configured to use your ezconnect account. Your ready to start making phone calls!

Xlite Installation Instructions

  • Download the latest version of Xlite for your system from the Xlite website
  • Run the Install File
  • When Xlite is installed and loaded, it will bring up a "SIP Accounts" window. Click on "Add" to add an ezconnect account
  • Enter your name in the Display Name window, and your pin number (as seen on your profile page), followed by a # in the Username and Authorization username fields. For example, if your pin is 123456789, enter "123456789#" as your Username and Authorization Username.)
  • Enter "sip.ezconnect.com.au" (or "203.206.139.210") as the domain, and click "Ok"
  • Make sure the checkbox next to "sip.ezconnect.com.au" is ticked, and click "Close"
  • Xlite is now configured to use your ezconnect account. Your ready to start making phone calls!

ExpressTalk Installation Instructions

  • Download the free version of ExpressTalk (ExpressTalk Basic) from ExpressTalk Website
  • Run the Install File. You will be asked if you wish to install any related programs. You can if you wish, but none of them are required in order to use ezconnect.
  • When ExpressTalk is installed and loaded, select your audio method (headset or microphone and speakers) and the default audio quality setting, then click next
  • Leave the video phone option unchecked, and click next
  • Verify that your microphone is working and the volume level is high enough, then click next
  • Verify that your speakers or headphones are working and loud enough, then click next
  • Select the "Sip Proxy" tab, and enter "sip.ezconnect.com.au" (or "203.206.139.210") as the "Domain/Realm" value, then click "Ok"
  • Select "Yes, I already have a SIP Account", then click next
  • Enter your name as the "Friendly Display Name", Your pin number (as seen on your profile page) followed by a # as your SIP Account Number (For example, if your pin is 123456789, enter "123456789#" as your SIP Account Number) and "sip.ezconnect.com.au" (or "203.206.139.210") as your SIP Server, then click "Finish"
  • ExpressTalk is now configured to use your ezconnect account. Your ready to start making phone calls!

 

Other VOIP phone's or ATA's

  • The SIP Proxy Server/Domain should be set to "sip.ezconnect.com.au" or "203.206.139.210"
  • The Authentication Username/SIP Account Number should be set to your pin number, as seen on your profile page, followed by a #. For example, if your pin number is 123456789, your Authentication Username/SIP Account Number should be set to "123456789#"
